Minha irmã chegou em casa da escola um dia e pediu que eu levasse para a biblioteca para que ela pudesse pegar livros de língua de sinais. Eu perguntei o por quê, e ela me disse que havia um garoto novo na escola, que era surdo e ela queria fazer amizade com ele. Hoje eu estava ao lado dela em seu casamento olhando para ela falando em sinais “Eu aceito”.
